DELIVERY PROCESS

1. Once your order is placed on TRULY DENTAL Online Shop it will be reviewed in 24 hours.  Orders will be dispatched within 5 to 10 working days upon us receiving your order.  Pre-orders products will be dispatched within 30 to 45 working days upon receiving your orders, which depends on the actual manufacturing process.  For remote areas, it might take extra 2-4 business days.

2. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday Excluding Holidays).  Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day.

* Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Delivery Service is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays.
** Shipping may take additional time during holidays and extreme weather conditions.

3. TRULY DENTAL MATERIAL CO., LIMITED reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions.

4. Order processing and shipping are done only on weekdays (not including public holidays).

5. Your shipping address cannot be changed once order is placed. TRULY DENTAL MATERIAL CO. LIMITED is not liable for incorrect address on the invoice.

6. If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact our customer service department in order to make further arrangements.

7. Shipping to outlying islands may take two additional days for delivery

8. All orders must be signed for delivery.
 

AREAS IN SERVICE

1. Standard Delivery Service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories.  This service is NOT available in specified areas, including but not limited to Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Landau Island, Outlying Islands and Macau.

2. An Order can be delivered to one address only.  If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, customer needs to place a separate order for each address.

Address: Room 1204-1205, 12/F., Chung Kiu Comm. Bldg., 47-51 Shan Tung Street, Mongkok, Kowloon.
 

Pick up Hours:
Monday to Friday (Except Public Holidays)
Morning:   9:00am – 12:00 noon
Afternoon: 2:00p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

With the exception of our online special promotion, our general delivery policy is listed below:

A. Free Shipping for every order over HK$500

B. Delivery Fee will be charged for orders below HK$500 by courier directly
